dc.description.abstract	გამოკვლეულია რაჭა-ლეჩხუმი ქვემო სვანეთის რეგიონის კლიმატის ფორმირების ძირითადი ფაქტორები: რელიეფი, რადიაციული ფაქტორები, ატმოსფეროს ცირკულაციური პროცესები; კლიმატის ძირითადი ელემენტების ტერიტორიული განაწილების კანონზომიერებანი: ჰაერის ტემპერატურა, ჰაერის სინოტივე, ატმოსფერული ნალექები, თოვლის საფარი, ქარი. შეფასებულია რეგიონის კლიმატური რესურსების პოტენციალი: საკურორტო რესურსები, ჰელიოენერგეტიკული რესურსები, ქარის ენერგეტიკული რესურსები. განსაკუთრებული ყურადღებ აეთმობა აგროკლიმატურ რესურსებს და პროგნოზებს. განხილულია ამინდის საშიში მოვლენები: ძლიერი ქარები, ქარბუქი, ნისლი, ინტენსიური და უხვი ნალექები, წაყინვები. (პროექტი შესრულებულია 2017-2019 წწ.).	ka_GE
dc.description.abstract	The main factors shaping the climate of Racha-Lechkhumi Kvemo Svaneti were studied: topography, atmospheric radiation factors, circulation processes; regularities of the territorial distribution of the main climatic elements: air temperature and humidity, atmospheric precipitation, snow cover, wind; potential of climatic resources: resort, helio and wind energy resources; considerable attention is paid to agroclimatic resources and forecasts; considered dangerous weather phenomena: strong winds, blizzards, fogs, intense and heavy rainfall, frosts.	en
