dc.description.abstract	2005 წელს შენობის მაცხოვრებელთა თხოვნით ჩვენს მიერ შენობის სხვენზე დამყარებულ იქნა მაღალი სიზუსტის გეოფიზიკური ხელსაწყო-დახრისმზომი. დაკვირვებები მიმდინარეობდა 15 აპრილიდან 8 ივნისის პერიოდის განმავლობაში. შენობა დაკვირვების პერიოდში უჩვენებდა საკმაოდ დიდ დახრებს მდ. ვერეს ხეობისაკენ და სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტისაკენ. იმავე წელს შენობას ფუძეში ჩაუტარდა გამაგრებითი სამუშაოები. განმეორებითმა გაზომვებმა 2006 და 2009 წლებში შენობამ უჩვენა კარგი მდგრადობა.
