On the occasion of this memorable date for the Faculty of Law of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and for university life more broadly, his friends and colleagues, as well as Georgian and foreign scholars who value his life and creative path, have decided to commemorate this occasion by publishing the present volume in honor of the jubilarian. Through this publication, we once again express our profound respect for Mr. Nugzar and wish him good health, longevity, continued fruitful scholarly and pedagogical activity, and new creative achievements.
