dc.description	მიმდინარე წელს ღირსეულ მამულიშვილსა და ღვაწლმოსილ ქართველ მეცნიერს, პროფესორ ნუგზარ სურგულაძეს დაბადებიდან 75 და სამეცნიერო-პედაგოგიური საქმანობის დაწყებიდან 50 წელი შეუსრულდა. ივ. ჯავახიშვილის სახელობის თბილისის სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტის იურიდიული ფაკულტეტისა და, ზოგადად, საუნივერსიტეტო ცხოვრებისთვის ამ ღირსსახსოვარ თარიღთან დაკავშირებით, მისმა მეგობრებმა, კოლეგებმა, მისი ცხოვრებისა თუ შემოქმედებითი გზის დამფასებელმა ქართველმა და უცხოელმა მეცნიერებმა გადავწყვიტეთ, ეს თარიღი იუბილარისთვის წინამდებარე კრებულის გამოცემით მიგველოცა. კიდევ ერთხელ გამოგვეხატა ბატონი ნუგზარისადმი ჩვენი ღრმა პატივისცემა, გვესურვებინა მისთვის ჯანმრთელობა, დღეგრძელობა, ნაყოფიერი სამეცნიერო-პედაგოგიური მოღვაწეობა და ახალი შემოქმედებითი გამარჯვებები.	ka_GE
dc.description	In the current year, the distinguished patriot and eminent Georgian scholar, Professor Nugzar Surguladze, marks the 75th anniversary of his birth and the 50th anniversary of the beginning of his scholarly and pedagogical activity. On the occasion of this memorable date for the Faculty of Law of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and for university life more broadly, his friends and colleagues, as well as Georgian and foreign scholars who value his life and creative path, have decided to commemorate this occasion by publishing the present volume in honor of the jubilarian. Through this publication, we once again express our profound respect for Mr. Nugzar and wish him good health, longevity, continued fruitful scholarly and pedagogical activity, and new creative achievements.	en
